🚀 12x sales growth without 12x advertising budget increase? Check out the case study of my client who introduced a digital product in the form of an online course to his business.

Łukasz Konopka → Knopek is a professional voice-over artist, the voice of Eurosport and Eska Rock. He voices films for Netflix, Discovery Channel, and many others. He was the first in Poland to create an online voice emission and diction course.

We generated the 12x growth during our first campaign together. Previous campaigns also generated good profits, but the biggest challenge was repeatability and scaling the result. There was no understanding of why there was sales success or not.

How did we achieve such growth and repeatability of results?

👉 First of all, we conducted a survey, researching the audience's motivations, pain points, and desired outcomes. We processed the collected data in workshops.

👉 We changed the course name from Voice-Over Course to Master Communication Course. The research showed that most of the audience didn't plan to become professional voice-over artists. They simply wanted to communicate effectively and take care of their voice. We redesigned the sales communication accordingly.

👉 We created a course offer that addresses desired outcomes - effective everyday communication and increased confidence in speaking.

👉 We refreshed the package content, added a VIP package > 6,500 PLN to the offer, and sold all spots.

👉 We opened sales through a webinar. Knopek already had a base of potential customers. We wanted to generate interest in them and have an audience that would be curious and ready to buy the course.

👉 We improved communication, collecting interested people for the webinar, and sales through DM automation using Manychat.

Can digital products be a profitable branch of your business?

It depends! If you already have your customer base, verifying the potential of a new product can be relatively simple. I would definitely start by researching the needs, challenges, and desired outcomes of your audience. In such a way that it's not a business perspective, but real words from potential customers.
