How did we make it happen?
👉 First of all, we created a waiting list that pre-sells the product concept. Thanks to this, we could quickly test the interest and sales potential.
👉 The list, besides collecting emails of interested people, also includes questions about challenges, desired outcomes, and motivations. This allowed us to understand what the audience is dealing with. We added research and workshop work to define customer groups, content pillars, and communication.
👉 This knowledge fueled us with ideas for social media content that promoted list sign-ups in a natural way, not a salesy way.
👉 Next, a WhatsApp group was created. 30 interested people joined the pilot community for free. They help make decisions about the final shape of the platform, submit ideas, give feedback, and most importantly, take action together, support each other, and network.
👉 People who joined pre-launch will already be a highly engaged group that, after the official sales launch, will help spark conversations and participation from new community members.
👉 Networking and Bartek's contact network was a very important success factor. He transformed his private Instagram profile into a business one instead of starting from scratch. Thanks to this, he already had people among his followers who know him, trust him, and are interested in the topic.
The community will be a place for support in action, education, developing yourself and your business in alignment with yourself.
