From 1:1 work to >500 monthly subscriptions. How did the Fizjotherapist Platform launch look?

online-platform

500 people joined the platform during its launch. Artur achieved his vision of helping people on a larger scale, not just in his clinic.

How did we achieve this result?

Artur Karapetyan → physiotherapist and creator with a mission, teaching people how to take care of their health. He sets trends in communication, not just about health. On his social media, he has gathered an engaged community of over 740,000 users. His reels generate millions of views.

Artur worked in a 1:1 model with patients, but wanted to help on a larger scale. Working in a clinic didn't give him that opportunity without increasing his working hours. He needed a solution that would allow him to fulfill his mission and create predictable revenue.

That solution was a subscription platform. We created it from scratch and ran the first campaign, which brought in over 500 people.

How did we generate such a result at launch?

👉 We researched needs before creating the product. We launched a waiting list with a survey exploring pain points, desired outcomes, and motivations of potential customers. This allowed us to understand their real needs. At the same time, it was part of a pre-campaign where the audience learned about the upcoming platform.

👉 We adapted the platform and communication to real needs. Based on survey responses, we designed the platform content and sales communication. The audience could relate to it because it addressed the specific challenges they reported.

👉 We created a platform with game elements. We designed it on Discord in a way that supported habit building through daily tasks, a point system, and levels. Before launch, a group of testers checked ideas and suggested improvements.

👉 We built a sales funnel with a webinar. The webinar attracted over 13,000 potential customers. Around it, we ran an intensive 14-day campaign that converted interested people into community members.

👉 We leveraged already built trust. Artur had an engaged community thanks to valuable health content on social media. Trust, relationship, and authenticity made people eager to join the platform, where they could receive even more support.
